Beta Financial handles Commercial Delinquent Accounts and NSF Checks nationwide. We charge on a contingency basis.

Commercial Accounts
(20%) Accounts over $5000
(25%) Accounts between $2000 and $5000
(30%) Accounts between $1000 and $2000
(35%) Accounts under $1000 or over a year old

**Rates are negotiable depending on accounts over $10,000 or volume of accounts. Feel free to contact BFS and consult our team about your collection needs

Legal Forwarding
Litigation may be required on some accounts. Our network of attorneys will review files on a case by case basis. Rates vary from 35% to 45% depending on the size of the claim and location of debtor.
Note: prior consent from the client is required before accounts are placed in legal status. Clients will be responsible for all filing fees and court costs associated with each case.
